Maintenance

Produces the annual stipend, after the maintenance loading factor on the assumptions screen. A system type of * applies to Unit and Package System alike.

Warranty

Produces the warranty policy cost, keyed by size, term and labor rate. Adding equipment types or contract terms means adding rows here.

Program costs

Annual SG&A and one-time setup per equipment and system type, entered as positive numbers. These were buried inside formulas in the source workbook. Use the source and review columns so their origin stays recorded.
